My own 30-day challenge

Ms. Angela showed our classmates a interesting video clip. It was about a man named Matt Cutts and he wanted some changes in his everyday life. So, he decided to set goals and try to achieve them. As a result, he wrote novels, rode bikes to work, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. So, I decided to set my own goals and achieve them through the next 30 days in GLPS.

My first goal is losing weight. I'm a bit chubby(a bit) so I'd like to start a diet. To lose weight, I thought of eating less in meals. Or eating less meat and eating more vegetables. I'm also planning to take a walk 3 days a week after each meal.

My second goal is reading more books. To achieve that goal, I'm going to borrow 3 books a week from the library and read them during self study periods. Plus, I'm going to write a book report each week and post them in my blog.

And finally, my last goal is learning pop songs. For that, I'm planning to learn one  pop song each week and memorize it. And in the last week, I'm going to write a song myself.

Even though these goals are very tough and hard, I'm going to try my best on the goals and make every day memorable. Plus, I want to have a successful effect on me.

Here is the url of Matt Cutt's " Try Something New for 30 days"!! Enjoy~

  1. Hi Joey,

You have chosen some unique goals and I hope you will succeed with your 30 day challenge.

You mentioned Matt Cutts so you should include a link to his video. I like the font you used for this post because it is larger and easy to read.

You could post your progress with your goals here as well.
